Your Role
Support our team with fundraising and develop ideas for to locate additional funding for our work in the local communities. Fundraising is an essential part for every non-profit organisation. We are continously looking for additional funds to increase the impact of our work. Help us improve our fundraising efforts and help us reach out to more people. Help promote our approach towards empowering women and children to create awareness for the importance of our work.
What will you be doing?
You will be working closely together with our office staff. With your help we want to develop new ideas how we can promote our work and improve our fundraising. Actively assist our staff and support with challenges we are facing in promoting our work and fundraisng. Take pictures and find stories during field visits that can help us share the success of our work with potential donors.
Working & Living with us
SERVE wants all volunteers to have a pleasant experience during their service to the local communities. We will provide you with airport transportation, simple accomodation and local food. One of our staff members will pick you up from the airport and take you to our volunteer accomodation located in the south of Colombo. We employ women from the local community to prepare delicious Sri Lankan food during your stay.
